Encrypted
Every connection to Corkly is encrypted, and your boards are stored on encrypted servers.
FOR STUDIOS AND PRODUCTION COMPANIES
How Corkly protects every account, and what we set up for studio, network, and production-company clients.
ON EVERY ACCOUNT
Every connection to Corkly is encrypted, and your boards are stored on encrypted servers.
A board invite opens only for the email address it was sent to. Remove someone from a board at any time.
Your work is backed up hourly. Version history saves as you work, not just once an hour, so you can restore an earlier version of any project.
Corkly runs only its own code, plus Cloudflare’s analytics.
FOR STUDIO CLIENTS
Two-factor authentication, required for everyone in your room.
The reader’s name on every page of every export.
A separate copy of Corkly with its own database, used only by your production. Set up the same day.
A studio-authorized user such as a showrunner, executive, or coordinator adds and removes people, and can see who did what and when.
Boards are locked in your browser before they’re saved, so only the people in your room can read them. Not even Corkly can.
Every backup holds only locked copies of your boards. No one can read them, including Corkly. Keep them for as long as your studio requires.
We’ll complete your studio’s security questionnaire and work with your security team.
